Senior Business Analyst - Projects

Hot Duties:

• Drive agile projects end-to-end using AI-powered tools and spec-driven development
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements in collaboration with stakeholders

Duties:

• Gather, document, and refine business requirements using spec-driven approaches
• Align scope, priorities, and expectations with stakeholders
• Leverage AI tools to support planning, documentation, and project tracking
• Manage timelines, tasks, and reporting using PM tools and platforms
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions clearly across teams

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of project management experience in an Agile environment
• Strong listening skills, with the ability to create clear, well-structured business requirements
• Proficiency with common PM tools and platforms, such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with AI-driven tools and workflows
• Adaptability in a fast-evolving, AI-driven work environment
