Senior Software Quality Engineer - AI Assurance

Hot Duties:

Build AI-driven quality practices by creating intelligent, self-evolving test systems that go far beyond traditional automation. Work hands-on with cutting-edge AI tools to redefine how testing is designed, executed, and optimized at scale, while shaping next-generation quality strategy and deepening expertise in AI-driven testing.

Duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient test automation frameworks
• Define and drive next-generation test strategies leveraging AI-assisted development and intelligent automation
• Design and implement AI-augmented testing workflows enabling intelligent test generation and prioritization, self-healing automation, automated test data creation, and anomaly detection with root cause insights
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines with a focus on fast feedback and quality gates
• Conduct API, Accessibility, and Performance testing
• Compliance and Quality Assurance
• Agile Practice
• Mentor team members on modern quality practices, including AI-assisted testing approaches

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java or Python
• Experience with Selenium, or Playwright, or equivalent
• Familiarity with TestNG, or JUnit, or similar
• Experience working with AI-assisted testing and automation tools, such as, Cursor, or Claude, or Gemini Code Assist, or GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Jenkins, or similar
• Optional: Worked with AI-driven testing platforms, such as, Testim, Functionize, or similar
• Optional: Knowledge of Accessibility testing using Axe, or WAVE, or Lighthouse, or similar
• Optional: Experience in API testing using Postman or RestAssured
• Optional: Understanding of BDD, such as Cucumber
• Optional: Performance testing tools like JMeter or similar
• Optional: Experience using data analytics or ML concepts to improve test effectiveness
