Senior Product Manager

Hot Duties: Drive product strategy from idea to revenue — owning the roadmap, leading a PM team, and turning market and customer insight into features that scale GTM growth.

Duties:

• Define product strategy and roadmap priorities based on market feedback, sales input, and customer usage data, with a focus on accelerating GTM traction
• Lead a PM team to write PRDs, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria; run Agile ceremonies, coordinate with Engineering, UX, and QA, and track risks, dependencies, and release milestones, escalating early on growth-critical initiatives
• Work directly with Sales and Customer Success to identify deal-blocking gaps and early churn signals, and translate them into roadmap priorities
• Prioritize the backlog using frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW, balancing speed-to-market with technical debt and platform scalability
• Contribute to pricing and packaging decisions as the product scales
• Own product KPIs tied to growth: activation, adoption, NRR, churn, pipeline influence
• Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analysis to continuously refine the roadmap
• Support go-to-market readiness — align Product Marketing and Sales enablement ahead of releases

Requirements:

• 5–8 years in Product Management, with experience scaling a SaaS product through early growth stages
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team of PMs/BAs while staying hands-on with product work
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Design
• Track record using prioritization frameworks (RICE, MoSCoW, or similar)
• Proficiency with product analytics tools and PM platforms (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Healthcare or B2B SaaS experience is a plus
