Summary:
We are in need of 2+ years experienced Software Engineer with Java, J2EE, MySQL, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Alfresco.

Designing and Implementing J2EE applications based on Struts2/Spring/ Hibernate/MySQL Stack.
Development and Implementing Web Applications in Tomcat and JBoss.
Development using Web 2.0 frameworks such as jQuery, zk.
Designing and implementing Alfresco based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions.
Designing web pages in HTML/CSS.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
You are responsible for several deliverables through the life cycle of the product. As part of the Portal development team you will be involved in analysis and prototyping effort in defining your deliverable and getting signoff from customers. Design, develop, test and implement Portal with high performance, scalability, reliability and usability.

Qualification Requirements:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required, however, excellent problem solving skills and thorough knowledge of architecture issues are most crucial.

Education / Experience / Specific Knowledge:
UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, PG - M.Sc - Computers, MCA - Computers

A self-starter who is able to work well with others.
Should adapt to changes quickly in a high pressure startup.
Expert in Java, thorough understanding of OOPs concepts.
Solid working knowledge of J2EE/Eclipse/Struts/ Spring/Hibernate.
Experience in Alfresco deployment is a huge plus.
Experience in Struts 2.0 is an added value.
Experience in at least one of the Web 2.0 frameworks: jQuery/Dojo/extJS/gwt/zk.

Summary:
We are in need of a 3+ years BA who has experience in Internet Technologies.

Manage Requirements & Scope document.
Work with design & usability teams to prepare wireframes, mock-ups, working prototypes for the proposed solution.
Manage all non-technical liaisons with clients to update the changes, get the sign offs on scoped requirements, wireframes, Mock-ups and freezing the design, audit reporting, status reporting.
Communicate the knowledge though our Agile sessions with development, testing teams.
Prepare and maintain a proper traceability matrix.
Would work on building Web Applications using Agile Methodologies.
Would be responsible for Client Training.
Would be responsible for using Content Management Systems.

Flash Development for banners, templates and home page.
Prototyping creative designs quickly in Adobe Photoshop and Dreamweaver.
Flash Presentations and Product Demos.
Ability to work in multiple projects on tight deadlines.
Prepare and maintain a proper traceability matrix.
Develop HTML/CSS that is W3C Compliant.
SEO Optimization.
Ability to work with JSP developers in Web 2.0 frameworks.
Will work with Java developers in building web portals and complex websites.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Adobe Creative Suite, Flash, Photoshop, Coreldraw.
CSS, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, Javascript, Dreamweaver.
Very Creative.
Information Architecture skills would be a plus.
Should have experience in large web site/web portal projects.
Go-Getter attitude, should know web development using CSS & HTML.
